Growing lotus plants is not easy. It takes a lot of care and the right soil-water-temperature-sun mixture to grow and nurture them.

After multiple attempts, learned the right way to prep and plant the lotus seeds to grow them in pots. The prep part is critical to ensure the water is absorbed by the inner layer for the seeds to germinate. Changing the water everyday helps. Once they start sprouting, moving them to larger pots and then switching over to pots with clay soil & water mixture helps.
