While most of the seeds sprouted within a week, peppers and eggplants took about 3 weeks to sprout indoors.

Peppers sprouting after 3 weeks.. only one of ten seeds sprouted! Need to continue nurturing and watch the rest!

So satisfying to see eggplants sprout 🙂

Set aside one raised bed for the root vegetables and re-planted them outdoors earlier this week!

Next to address the pergola for the vines (once it stops raining) and then sow seeds in the flower beds!

Nurturing plants takes time, we do not know when they will grow and when they will have a growth spurt, observing and adapting is key!
