Daily motivation #186

One small positive thought in the mornings can change our whole day, and impact those around us!

Being able to do and act, instead of letting an unpleasant event snowball into a disaster… it is good to do focus on what is in our control and capacity and do it, to whatever extent is practically possible.

We get to define how we remember today… not by what happened to us, but how we were able to do something by choice irrespective of how the day turns out to be.
