Pasta Cutlets

My family decides to give me a break and make lunch for me – Pasta cutlets 🙂 Was pleasantly surprised.. it tasted sooo good that I felt like sharing the recipe!


Farfalle pasta1/4 box
Frozen peas2 cups
Green peppers1
Garlic powder1 tsp
SaltAs per taste
Corn flour1/4 cup
Cream cheese1/4 stick
Tomato sauce4 tsp
Oil2 cups for deep frying

Pasta Cutlets

  1. Boil the Farfalle pasta with frozen peas
  2. Puree the mixture
  3. Saute diced green peppers, diced onions with garlic powder, cumin powder and salt
  4. Puree this mixture from Step 3
  5. Add the two pasta puree and sauteed veggies puree from Step 2 and Step 4
  6. Make it into balls
  7. Roll it in corn flour
  8. Deep fry the balls

Chutney / Dipping sauce to go with it

  1. Mix the cream cheese and tomato sauce
  2. Add a few spoons of pasta puree from the cutlets preparation process above
  3. Add a pinch of salt and blend it well

Serve with Soup or as a snack 🙂 Tasted Yummy 🙂


  1. Deep fry the boiled pasta farfalle flakes
  2. Season with lemon pepper & salt
  3. Top on it soup and serve
