How many apps do you have on your phone? How many do you use?
An interesting discussion amongst friends revealed our phone usage patterns..!
Smartphone users typically seem to have about 40 apps on our phones.
An average person uses 9-10 apps per day on their smart phone.
About 10-15 apps come with any phone. We seem to download the remaining apps.
One of my friends has about 172 apps on their phone 🙂 Made us wonder whether she gets time to do anything other than checking her phone!
Teens average about 65+ apps including games, screen saver, wall paper, fonts, group chats other than the common ones.
The biggest segment of people using smartphones are 25-34 years old, with the 18-24 year segments coming a close second!

Your smartphones can detect which apps you are not using and uninstall them to save space. If you click on an app and it shows an “Installing…” message – then, that app must have not been used in a while.
Check before you delete your apps to free up space on your phones. Not all apps are delete-and-reinstall friendly. Once you delete them, as they are no longer available on the app store, you may not be able to reinstall them.
If your phone heats up, drains charge forcing you to recharge frequently, you may want to uninstall your apps and check for phone for malware or attacks.
If you want to save the charge on your phone, switch off your wireless & cellular network and put it on Airplane mode. It helps significantly.
