It is important for us to understand the boundaries that we want to set for ourselves. When we are clear about what these boundaries are, we need to define whom do we consciously permit to step into our personal space, and is it always & forever.. or do we need some alone time from everyone around…!
When we respect our personal space, we understand our priorities and the rationale behind choosing them.
When others see us respecting our personal space, they understand our priorities and start respecting it as well!
Over time, we are creating a way for us to respect ourselves better. Putting us on the priority list starts with small but meaningful changes.
