Snack recipes – #3 Mozzarella salad

Simple and easy to make, tastes yummy! Shared by my daughter 🙂


Tomatoes – 2-3 medium sized

Green olives – 1/4 cup

Mozzarella cheese balls

Coriander leaves finely chopped – 1 tbsp

Olive oil – 3 tsp

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Pine nuts – 1 tbsp (optional)

Pinch of ground pepper

Salt to taste

Prep work

  • Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into similar bite size pieces (diced or sliced)
  • Finely chop the coriander leaves


Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss with the oil

Takes 5 minutes to prepare, yummy to taste!

Easy to prepare & healthy to eat!
