Snack recipes – #5 Fudge brownies

Made Fudge brownies in a mini-cupcake pan!


1 stick salted butter
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder


Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix the butter and sugar well. Then add the eggs to the mixture with the vanilla extract and mix it till it becomes fluffy. Fold in the dry ingredients into this mixture.

Pour into mini-muffin pans and bake at 350oF for 20-25 minutes.

Tastes awesome 🙂


Add chopped walnuts, mini chocolate chip chunks, melted chocolate chunks (for gooey brownies), mini M&Ms for a different taste!

Serve warm fudge brownies with cold vanilla ice cream!
