Soups #1 – Garden vegetable soup

Feel-good seasonal soups!

Ingredients

Crushed tomatoes – 1

Shell pasta (or farfalle or macaroni – to your taste)

Spinach leaves – 12-15

Vegetable broth – 1 cup

Shredded carrots – 2 carrots

Chopped celery- 1 long celery

Red, White, Lima and/or kidney beans – 1/4 cup

Onion & Garlic powder – (1 tsp each)

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation

Bring all ingredients to a boil

Serve hot
