One small positive thought in the mornings can change our whole day, and impact those around us!
We owe it to ourselves to try & experience it at least once in our lifetime!
Being alert, without being passive or lazy, or dozing off (tiredness takes over) and just experiencing the present moment, without having any expectations or thinking about the good or bad events that have or are occurring in our lives is REALLY difficult! But, who said we cannot try to experience it at least once in our entire lifetime! As trying to do it that one time – would make a difference!
