One small positive thought in the mornings can change our whole day, and impact those around us!

One of the take-aways from a session with Jay Shetty!
When you say thanks, prefix or suffix it with the context behind your expression. We feel gratitude towards the person and say thanks! However, when we are specific about what we are thankful for and express it clearly, it makes the receiver feel nice 🙂
Some examples – Thank you for inviting me over, I enjoyed your great food and lovely company!
Now compare that to – Thanks a lot! Loved it!
Both statements make the receiver feel good, but the former one being specific, feels better 🙂
