Parenting is not easy, no matter which species you belong to!

This weekend is Father’s Day and it is heartwarming to see how the mother and father penguins take turns, work in communities to care for their young ones!

The female penguins go a whole month without eating in order to lay their eggs, then the father penguins take over the caring front, and huddle together with their community to keep the eggs warm, while the mother penguins go to fetch food and find come back after 2-3 months and find their kin.

Anyone who nurtures and cares for young ones will find this heartwarming!

It does take a village to raise our next of kin!
