One of the main festivals this month is Adi perukku, a special celebration to Amman (Goddess, Mother). There are a variety of ways that she is decorated and celebrated this month.

This video is a celebration of Adi perukku festival, where Amman is decorated with bangles. Just plain and simple bangle decorations. One lakh bangles (100,000 bangles) in all.
