When a school kid shared this, I found it interesting that we adults might benefit from the same as well!
Thanks to COVID times, work from home and taking it easy, we seem to need a routine in our lives as well. How many of these do we easily skip (as adults) during the week days. Playing or exercising or any kind of physical activity goes out the window for anyone working behind a computer!
Simple rules we set for our children, helps us as well! We just need to set that discipline for ourselves as well!
Twenty minutes writing or coloring is a huge therapeutic activity in itself!
Try it out, it is not as simple as it seems! Adding anything to your daily routine, and being consistent about it is hard! Worth it and quite useful – but really hard.
