We choose how to deal with the chaos in our lives, either with a positive mindset or filled with resentment. Our choices impact our words and actions, and those around us.
When days are filled with disappointments or negativity, spend some time to reflect on what could have been different. The learning is critical in those moments, so that we do not repeat the same mistakes again, but learn from them. Then, be conscious about filling our minds with something positive, that would bring our smile back.
