Home remedies for Insomnia

While it is a very common condition these days, not many see it as an issue anymore.

It may be related to constipation, may be a result of stress or being overtired, or it may cause fatigue, leading to greater stress. While it may be a symptom of depression, or it may intensify it.

Check whether you have had excessive coffee or tea than your regular routine in the past 12-24 hours. If you have, wait for the effect to wear off. You would not need any additional remedies – just keep a check or consciously reduce your caffeine intake, that should help cure your insomnia.
