Baked crispy tortilla bowl perfect recipe for leftover nights!
For those who need to go shopping over the weekend and want something filling and running low on multiple ingredients, this would be a perfect recipe for a filler!
Also, if Mexican food is your favorite, you end up filling all possible items into the bowl to make it as tasty as possible!

Step by step process
- Bake your burritos in the oven fitting them into a metal pan of this shape below. Or wrap it around a glass jar (if you do not have a metal pan). The shape stays crispy when you bake it. Bake it at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. You can find this metal pan in a dollar shop as well.

2. The crispy burritos will look like this when they come out of the oven.

3. Fill them with all your favorite foods or leftovers
Typical burrito bowl would have flavored rice, boiled black beans (or red beans or meat), boiled corn, fajitas, glazed onions, salsa, guacamole, grated cheese, sour cream. Cut avacados and chopped lettuce add a nice flavor to the dish!
Roasted or baked and seasoned chicken strips, fish strips and any other types of seasoned meat

Variations to make a dessert
Apply a little bit of honey on the tortilla and sprinkle some brown sugar crystals on it before baking. Change to fillings to make a sweet dish out of it! Fill it with a scoop of your favorite ice cream, drizzle with chocolate / caramel sauce, add some chopped nuts and top it off with a few slices of fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries) and some whipped cream on top – Yum 🙂
