Children find it the easiest to cry and let out their emotions. We, as adults find it so hard. We get into a habit of bottling up our emotions and ultimately hurting our physical and mental health.
Every one needs a safe space, be it alone or with a trusted circle to feel and let their emotions out. Some choose to cry and let it out – it helps! When you realize someone around you needs a safe space, be there for them. or give them their personal space to have their safe space alone. They will share when they are ready.
