Simple Habits for Health Recovery

These simple habits seem to be necessary across age groups.

This is especially true when you are recovering from health issues.

  1. Early dinner (preferably finish dinner 3 hours before bedtime)
  2. Drink hot/warm water (instead of cold water) multiple times during the day
  3. Eat one serving of fruit per day. It can be a banana, apple, slice of melons, handful of berries or pomegranate etc.)
  4. Eating one vegetable at least per day (Yes. There are people who do not consume a single vegetable for days together)
  5. Stick to your meal timings – no matter what food you eat, or how much you consume
  6. Go to bed early (if you are new to creating this habit, try going to bed earlier than the day before, and continue that practice for a few weeks)

While each of these seem quite simple, their joint power is a recipe for recovering from any health issue.
