These simple habits seem to be necessary across age groups.
This is especially true when you are recovering from health issues.
- Early dinner (preferably finish dinner 3 hours before bedtime)
- Drink hot/warm water (instead of cold water) multiple times during the day
- Eat one serving of fruit per day. It can be a banana, apple, slice of melons, handful of berries or pomegranate etc.)
- Eating one vegetable at least per day (Yes. There are people who do not consume a single vegetable for days together)
- Stick to your meal timings – no matter what food you eat, or how much you consume
- Go to bed early (if you are new to creating this habit, try going to bed earlier than the day before, and continue that practice for a few weeks)
While each of these seem quite simple, their joint power is a recipe for recovering from any health issue.
