Upper respiratory infections

Upper respiratory infections are on the rise. Look out for these symptoms and talk to your physician if you need help!

Look out for the usual symptoms cold, sore throat, cough, congestion, sneezing, fever, headaches and wheezing.

Try to sneeze into your arm or a tissue. Wear a mask if you are feeling unwell – to prevent passing it on to others.

Switch to hot tea, hot foods and soups. If you are tired, take rest. If the symptoms continue, talk to your physician to treat the infection. While a common cold can get cured on its own, upper respiratory infections (like any other infections) need medicines to cure and prevent worsening effects.
